Open Control Panel
and select Display.
Choose the tab Appereance
, and click on Effects...
In the opened window the item Hide underlined letters for keyboard navigation until I press
the Alt key
should not be checked.
Click on OK
to close both opened windows (Effects
and Display Properties
).
