Question: On the first login attempt with the combination
   database: bilet, username: admin, password: admin
a message shows up: "Invalid username or password".
Answer: The installation of the database server is not done correctly.
The most common causes are:
- the Secondary Logon service is stopped
- some antivirus programs that have their own firewalls do not allow the installation of the Postgres database
Solution 1: Uninstall the program, delete the install folder and reinstall.
Solution 2: Start the Secondary Logon service.


Q: The Save button is disabled.
A: You need to go through all the fields of the selected row and the Save button will be enabled.


Q: While installing the program the following message shows up: "The installer has detected an incompatible version of OpenSSL installed on your system Path.Postgresql requires 0.97 or later. Remove your openssl files (LIBEAY32.DLL and SSLEAY32.DLL) the installer will install new version automatically."
A: Click on OK and the installation will continue.


Q: In the window "Add and Remove Programs" there are some programs that I did not install.
A: Some programs that are installed with Fipo Soft Bilet may include Postgresql, Ghostscript, ODBC drivers, and others. These programs should not be uninstalled manually, since the uninstallation of the main Fipo Soft program removes them automatically.
